Hi! Welcome to Tailz Up Omaha! I started working with animals in 2010, volunteering for rescues and doing dog daycare. I loved it so much that I decided to do it full time in 2018 and started Tailz Up Omaha. I have gained great experience over the last few years becoming CPR certified for animals and learning to administer all types of medications including insulin! I love working with all animals big and small, furry or scaly, bold or shy and I look forward to meeting you and your pets. Lindsay

Hi there! I’m Reeno a dog walker and pet sitter with over a decade of professional experience in the furry and feathery world of pets! Since 2021 I’ve been enjoying this fantastic, full-time adventure, and let me tell you, there’s never a dull moment when you’re surrounded by animals! At home, I’m proud to be a mother and wife. I have always had a zoo of animals even as a child. Currently I have two energetic dachshunds, Abby and Daniel, who keep me on my toes with their playful antics. They might be small, but they’ve got big personalities! I also share my life with two adorable cats, Lilly a Sphynx and my orange cat Eddie, who add their own flair to my pet family. Let’s not forget my gentle giant, Brutus, a 100-pound (and still growing) tortoise who loves to explore at his own leisurely pace. Lastly my two vibrant parrots. A DYH Amazon named Bird, she has a vast vocabulary of about 100 words right now and a Red Belly Parrot, Rascal, they never shy away from joining in the fun with their joyful squawking and colorful presence! Every day in my career is like a new episode of a nature documentary—whether I’m walking dogs through parks, cuddling with cats, or simply ensuring my clients’ pets are safe and happy while their humans are away. I believe that each animal has its own unique personality and quirks, and I make it my mission to cater to their individual needs, ensuring they feel loved and cherished. I love sharing my passion for pets with others, and I often find that my clients become close friends. I pride myself on building strong relationships based on trust and reliability, because I understand how precious our pets are to us. Whether it’s a midday walk that turns into an impromptu play session or a cozy evening of pet-sitting where I get to cuddle with my feline friends, I cherish every moment. In a nutshell, I truly believe that every pet deserves the best care and attention. I love working for Tailzup in Home Pet Care. I am semi retired after working 21 years with Ralston Public Schools. I stopped working to care for my daughters kids. Then she started this business and I watch kids during the day and care for animals late afternoon and evening when I'm available. My favorite thing with this job is it allows me to spend the night in people's homes and just love on their pets so they do not have to kennel them. Their homes are watched as well, for peace of mind while away. The team also does many day visits and walks for dogs. I have also cared for birds and bunnies! Such a great job for animal lovers .

I have worked in the corporate world for the majority of my life, but after being laid off from my last job (working in a pet business), I decided I was done with that! I missed the dogs so much though, so I started walking and dog sitting for friends and family and fell in love with it! I really enjoy the pets but also love meeting the pet parents! For fun, my family and I love to travel! It is very rare that we stay put for too long before we are off on another adventure!

Hey, I’m Abi! I started working with pets about 5 years ago doing pet sitting for friends or family and I instantly fell in love with it! I kept doing small time pet sitting along with my other two jobs for awhile and then Reeno introduced me to TailzUp! I joined the team shortly after and it has given me even more experience and knowledge about a great variety of pets than I had originally had! I’m a cat mom to a wonderful little guy named Benji, who just lights up my day with his antics and snuggles! My goal is to love on your pets and treat them like my own whether they be big or small, old or young! I strive to provide the best of care to your fur babies no matter their needs, and to have fun with them as well!

Through the years I have owned and cared for a vast variety of different animals from big to small, to domestic to exotic and furry to scaly to feathery at my jobs and in my home life. I've always enjoyed taking care of things and in my free time I like to read, listen to music and hang out with my family. Pets are a big and important part of our lives when they become part of our family and I strive to love and treat your furry friends the same as I would my own. Hello! My name is Morgan; I live in Benson with my soon-to-be husband, three dogs, and cat. As an avid animal lover, I’ve done pet sitting/dog walking on the side since I was a teenager - I have also recently worked at Felius Cat Cafe as well as Omaha Dog Bar. I volunteer at Henry Doorly Zoo (focus on gorillas and primates), Nebraska Wildlife Rehab (focus on native birds and amphibians), and with multiple feline TNR groups in town. Making the jump from a desk job to choosing to work with animals full-time was the best decision I ever made! I truly love every animal I work with, and above all value their comfort, safety, and happiness.

Hi! I’m Haley. I’ve been pet sitting for many years, and caring for animals has always been one of the biggest joys in my life. I truly believe pets are the best companions — they’re loyal, loving, and they bring so much comfort to our mental health. I have a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix named Cooper, and he is the sweetest boy. He brings so much love and joy into my life, and he’s a big reason why I’m so passionate about what I do. I want every animal I care for to feel that same love, appreciation, and security that they give us every day. When your pet is with me, they’re treated like family.

Hi, my name is Taiten and I started pet sitting as a side project when I was a young airman in the Air Force. I am a veteran, military wife and proud golden retriever mommy! I love taking care of fur babies and giving their parents peace of mind that they are in great hands. There is no lack of playtime and lovings when I'm around! I am currently in school for my Bachelors of Social Work, so I want to care for humans and their four legged besties!
